|Raw shrimp||2 Pound (Fresh / Thawed Frozen)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic salt/Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Cocktail sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Weber'S, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Make an aluminum foil pan large enough to hold shrimp 1 layer deep, or use a 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Peel, devein and clean shrimp.
Melt butter or margarine; stir in garlic salt or powder and lemon juice as desired.
Arrange shrimp in pan.
Pour seasoned butter over shrimp; center pan on cooking grill.
Cover kettle and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until pink and firm, turning shrimp once.
Time will vary depending on size of shrimp.
