Ingredients
  Mushroom 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Not Minute)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cubed american cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Frozen shrimp 1⁄2 Pound (Uncooked Ones)
Directions

Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6 - 8.
