Shrimp Mold Hors D Oeuvres
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Small Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)|
|Plain gelatin||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, softened in 1/2 cup water|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Small shrimp||2 Can (20 oz)|
Bring soup to a boil and add cream cheese.
Add gelatine and cool.
Add celery and onion and mayonnaise.
Set in refrigerator till it thickens a little and then alternate in a fish mold with layers of the little shrimp.
Unmold when set - place on greens and serve with crackers.
