Fresh Vegetables And Shrimp En Brochette

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, quartered
  Green peppers 2 Medium, cut into cubes
  Onions 2 Medium, quartered
  Mushrooms 12
  Cleaned shrimp 24 , uncooked
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, mix oil, wine, salt, pepper and parsley thoroughly.
2)Put in onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and shrimp into it.
3)Let the shrimp marinade stand for several hours.
MAKING
4)Take the skewers and thread the shrimps alternating with the vegetables.
5)Place the skewers on the grill over hot coals and broil the skewers.
6)Baste the skewers with the marinade and turning the skewers occasionally.
SERVING
7)Remove from heat and and serve hot.
