Beer And Coconutty Shrimp Fry

Ingredients
  Peeled deveined shrimp 1 Pound (Large Ones)
  Shredded coconut batter mix 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Cold beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon 1
Directions

Pill and devein and butterfly the shrimp.

Mix together the Tony Chachere's Shredded Coconut Batter with the seasoning,

coconut and beer.

Dredge the butter flied shrimp in the batter and drop into the oil at 325 degrees for 4

to six minutes rolling the shrimp as needed.

Coat with fresh lemon juice and serve hot.
