Shrimp Chow Chow

Ingredients
  Fresh shrimps 2 Cup (32 tbs), shelled
  Noodles 8 Ounce (1/2 Packet)
  Spinach 120 Gram, cut into 2 inch lengths
  Spring onions 4 , chopped
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles in boiling water.
Wash and drain well.
Keep aside till needed.
Heat 1 cup oil and fry the shrimps.
Remove.
In the same oil saute spinach, bamboo shoots and onions for 5 minutes.
Add the noodles, salt, soya sauce and stir well.
Sprinkle shrimps, chilli sauce and remove.
Place the noodles in a plate and garnish with tomato slices.
