Stir Fry Shrimp

Ingredients
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 1 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Sliced green onions 4 (1 Inch Slices)
  Sliced yellow squash 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/4 Inch Slices)
  Chinese cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced yellow summer squash 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4 Inch Slices)
  Zucchini squash 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (1/4 Inch Slices)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Add all ingredients, except soy sauce, to browning dish.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 8 MINUTES on HIGH, stirring at 4 MINUTES.
Add soy sauce and stir.
