|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted (2 Sticks)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic cloves||3 Large, minced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Large shrimp||2 Pound, shelled and deveined, tails left intact|
|Dry unseasoned breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine first 9 ingredients in shallow 2-quart baking dish and mix well.
Remove 1/4 cup of this mixture and set aside.
Add shrimp to baking dish and mix thoroughly
Combine breadcrumbs with reserved butter sauce and sprinkle over shrimp.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes
