Shrimp Rascals

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tart apple 1 , peeled and diced
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Horseradish cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 , thickly sliced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Finely chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the shrimp with the apple and fresh vegetables in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the onion flakes, mayonnaise, cream, horseradish and walnuts.
Add this to the shrimp mixture and season to taste.
To serve, place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on top of each tomato slice and sprinkle with dill.
