|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Frozen prawns/Shrimps||225 Gram|
|Button mushrooms||225 Gram|
Pour the oil into a frying pan and put over a moderate heat.
Add the garlic and the shrimps.
Fry for about 7 minutes, turning over occasionally with a slice.
Wipe the mushrooms with a piece of damp kitchen paper.
Then slice them, using a small sharp knife.
Melt the butter in another frying pan, and add the mushrooms.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms to the shrimps.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the shrimps.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Turn the heat down to low and simmer gently for another 4-5 minutes.
