Homemade Shrimp Seafood

Ingredients
  Shrimps 500 Gram (16 to 20)
  Celery 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Bay leaf 2
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1
  Carrot 1
  Leeks 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Mixed pepper corns 1 Tablespoon
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Dash
Directions

mix last five ingredients to make s smooth cocktail sauce.set it in refrigrator.
make court boullion wtih water ,onion,leeks ,celery,carrots ,onion,peppercorn,wine,bayleaf.whn liquid starts boiling add shrimps and cook them till cooked .(takes bout 2 -3 mins)take them out and shock them in icebath to avoid overcooking.serve wth cocktail sauce
