Riverboat Shrimp

Ingredients
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 4 Ounce, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked enriched rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine chicken bouillon, onion, and green pepper.
Simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.
Divide evenly into 4 portions and serve each over 1/2 cup hot rice.
