Ingredients
  Prawns 8 Large, cooked and cooled
  Shredded lettuce 3 Tablespoon
  Thin lemon slices 4
  Cocktail sauce 4 Tablespoon (Spa)
Directions

Slice each shrimp in half lengthwise.
Place a little shredded lettuce in the bottom of 4 cocktail glasses, top with four shrimp halves per person, and garnish with a lemon slice.
Serve with Spa Cocktail Sauce.
