Shrimp Cocktail With Lettuce
|Crisp lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded|
|Medium shrimp||4 Ounce, drained, rinsed|
|Chili sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peeled diced apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Line sherbet glasses with lettuce.
Divide shrimp among sherbets, saving a few for garnish if desired.
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl, using smallest amount of Worcestershire sauce.
Add until the right amount for you is reached.
Spoon over shrimp shortly before serving.
Serve with 2 small mild flavored crackers placed beside each cocktail.
