Shrimp and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Angel hair pasta/Linguine/spaghetti 12 Ounce
  Oil packed sun dried tomatoes 4 Ounce, drained and chopped
  Large shrimp 1 1⁄4 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Imitation crabmeat 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
Directions

Prepare the pasta according to package directions.Meanwhile, place the tomatoes in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque.
Add the broth, wine, and basil and bring to a boil.
Add the crabmeat and reduce the"heat to low.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the pasta in a serving bowl and top with the shrimp mixture.
Sprinkle with the cheese (if using).
