|Dry breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined (15 In Number Or Less)|
Combine first 5 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
Pat generous amount onto each shrimp.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 425°F.
Place shrimp on baking sheet and bake, turning once, until shrimp lose translucency and coating is golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side (exact time will depend on size of shrimp).
