This low carb garlic shrimp is so delicious that you wont be able to know that it's low carb.
Shrimp | 1 Pound | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced | |
Parsley | 1 Tablespoon , chopped | |
Unsalted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Add Olive oil and butter to the pan.
Add garlic and saute about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and other seasoning.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes turning shrimp at half way point.
Remove from fire and add parsley to garnish
