Shrimp Dejonghe

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Shrimp 5 Pound (shelled)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream butter, parsley, sherry, bread crumbs and garlic; shape into roll.
Chill.
Cook shrimp in boiling salted water to cover for 4 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp; arrange in shallow baking dish.
Slice chilled mixture;arrange over shrimp.
Broil for 10 minutes 6 inches from source of heat.
