Shrimp in Red Rioja Wine

|Onion||1 , finely minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced (Large Clove)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry red rioja wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||1 Pound (With / Without Shells)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until just transparent.
Add wine and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced.
Add shrimp and heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or cold.
