Shrimp In Red Rioja Wine

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , finely minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced (Large Clove)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry red rioja wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound (With / Without Shells)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until just transparent.
Add wine and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced.
Add shrimp and heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or cold.
