Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and cooked
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horse radish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place shrimp in a bowl, cover tightly and chill thoroughly.
Combine next five ingredients and mix with shrimp.
Serve in small sherbet glasses lined with heart leaves of lettuce.
