Baked Stuffed Shrimps

Ingredients
  Frozen shelled deveined raw shrimps 1 Pound (1 Bag)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place frozen shrimps in 8x8x2-inch baking pan; brush each one lightly with part of the melted butter or margarine. Heat in a slow oven (325°) while you prepare the crumb topping.
2. Blend remaining butter or margarine with bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice and dry sherry in small bowl; spoon mixture evenly over shrimps.
3. Bake in slow oven (325°) 25 minutes, or until topping is golden.
