Hot Garlic Shrimp
|Onion||1 Small, sliced and separated in rings|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Shelled deveined small shrimp||1 Pound|
In small, deep bowl combine onion, olive and cooking oils, parsley, garlic, and salt; add shrimp.
Toss to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Pour into skillet.
Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat till shrimp turn pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve immediately with wooden picks.
