Copenhagen Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tiny cocktail shrimps 48 Small (From A 3-Ounce Jar)
  Cocktail shrimps 48 Small (From A 3-Ounce Jar)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Drain water chestnuts; cut each into about-1/8 -inch-thick rounds with a sharp knife. Drain shrimps; place in a small bowl.
2. Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, parsley and the lemon juice in a 1-cup measure. Place a dab on each slice of chestnut; stand a shrimp on top.
