Spicy Shrimp Appetizer
|Process cheese spread||8 Ounce (1 Mexican Style Jar)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tiny shrimp||8 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (2 Cans, 4 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|French bread loaf||1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1 Loaf)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place cheese in large bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 30 to 60 seconds or until softened. Stir in sour cream and shrimp.
2. Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each slice bread. Place 8 slices on microwave rack or 10-inch plate. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute or until cheese mixture is hot. Sprinkle with parsley. Repeat with remaining slices.
