|Raw shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Soda crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Dip each shrimp in egg and coat well with cracker crumbs.
Let stand in oil about 1 minute; drain shrimp slightly on paper toweling.
Cook on grill over hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes, or till shrimp are done and crumbs are browned.
Serve with hot sauce.
To prevent shrimp from falling through the grill bars, place a piece of screen wire or a cake rack over the grill top.
