Curried Shrimp Skillet
|Apple||1 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Macaroni and cheese mix||7 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Melt butter or margarine in electric skillet.
Add chopped apple, sliced celery, and curry powder; cook till crisp-tender.
Reduce heat; add bouillon cube, water, macaroni from packaged mix, and salt.
Cook over medium heat till macaroni is tender, about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in milk and cheese from packaged mix.
Top macaroni-cheese mixture with drained shrimp.
