Windandsea Barbecue Shrimp
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Coarse ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Large shrimp||2 Pound, peeled and deveined|
Cream butter with remaining ingredients except shrimp and mix well.
Tear off six pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Divide shrimp equally on pieces of foil.
Top each with one-sixth (about 1 tablespoon) of the butter mixture.
Bring foil up around shrimp; seal tightly.
Place shrimp directly on hot coals.
Cook about 5 to 7 minutes.
