Peeled deveined raw shrimps
1 Pound (Or Shelled)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
In a medium pan on medium heat, add 3 tbs olive oil, garlic and cilantro, cook for about 3-4 minutes. Next, add shrimp, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper, stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Lastly, squeeze the half lemon on top of the shrimp in the pan and remove from heat. In a nice large plate, add a bed of brown rice or pasta, then add shrimp on top and garish with chopped parsley. Serve with a spicy tomato sauce.
