Charcoal Broiled Shrimp
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shallots||3 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Finely snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Large raw shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined|
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, onion, shallots, garlic, and parsley.
Marinate the shrimp in mixture in the refrigerator for several hours.
Place on aluminum foil over medium hot coals for about 6 to 8 minutes, on each side.
