Pancetta Wrapped Shrimps Stuffed with Garlic
|Cooked shrimp||31 (1 Bag)|
|Minced garlic||6 Ounce|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
1 Take the pre-cooked shrimp and butterfly them but make sure you do not cut all the way through the shrimp.
2 While cutting the shrimp cut slightly below the tale down to the bottom of the shrimp.
3 Cut the Panchetta (which comes in small circles) into 1 inch bacon style strips.
4 Stuff each shrimp with 1/4 tsp of the minced garlic.
5 Wrap one strip of the panchetta and around each stuffed shrimp.
6 When wrapping try to wrap all the shrimps in the same direction to make for easier cooking as well as better plate presentation.
7 Drizzle the grill plate with some olive oil.
8 Carefully place the shrimp on it and cook for 2-4 minutes per side and when you flip be careful as to not tear the panchetta off.
9 Transfer the shrimps on a serving plate.
10 Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
