Sweet N Sour Shrimp

  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄4 Cup (212 tbs), undrained (1 can, 1 1/2 cup)
  Frozen shrimp 12 Ounce, uncooked (3 cups)
  Green onion/1 small onion 3 Medium, sliced
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into small pieces

In 2-quart casserole, combine sugar, cornstarch, ginger, paprika, soy sauce and vinegar; mix well.
Stir in pineapple, frozen shrimp, onions, celery and green pepper.
Cook covered, 12 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Stir in tomato and leave covered a few minutes to heat tomato.
