|Beer/1 1/2 quarts water||48 Ounce (3 cans (16 ounces each) or 4 bottles (12 ounces each))|
|Raw medium shrimp||3 Pound (fresh or frozen, in shells)|
|Cocktail sauce||2 Tablespoon|
In large kettle, heat beer and salt to boiling.
Add shrimp; heat just to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain; serve with Cocktail Sauce.
Guests peel their own shrimp.(Provide containers for the discarded shells.)
