|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Medium shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, shelled and cleaned|
1. Combine all ingredients, except for shrimp, in a 1-quart glass casserole. Set microwave oven at Time Cook (power level 10) for 4 minutes, and then Time Cook (power level 5) for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking. The sauce should be hot and thickened.
2. Stir in shrimp, cover, and microwave at Time Cook (power level 7) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring once. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.
