2 tablespoons (1 med.) chopped green onion
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 cup (1/2 stalk) finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In 1-quart bowl or casserole, combine onion, celery, pimiento, butter, lemon juice and seasonings.
Cook, covered, 3 minutes, stirring once.
Add shrimp and bread cubes, mixing well.
Mix in beaten egg.
Stuff each fish with approximately 1/3 cup stuffing.
