Shrimp With Lime Rings

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Large curd cream style cottage cheese 12 Ounce, drained (1 Carton, 1 1/2 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Capers 4 Tablespoon
  Cleaned shrimp 1 Pound (Cooked / Canned)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in cottage cheese.
Pour into 5 or 6 individual ring molds.
Chill till set.
Unmold on lettuce.
Fill centers with mayonnaise and polka dot with capers.
Arrange shrimp as shown.
