Shrimp Wrapped In Bacon
|Fresh basil leaves||20 Large|
|Uncooked medium shrimp||20 , peeled and deveined|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crumbled goat cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut each bacon strip in half widthwise; set aside.
Wrap a basil leaf around each shrimp.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place in a foil-lined 15-inchx 10-inchx 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375° for 14-16 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Brush with barbecue sauce; sprinkle with goat cheese.
Bake 2-4 minutes longer or until heated through.
