Garlic Shrimp With Rice
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), minced / pressed|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and deveined (445 Grams, About 25 Per Pound)|
|Hot cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs) (520 Gram)|
|Chopped parsley||5 Tablespoon|
1. Melt butter in a wide nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil, garlic, 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water, and shrimp. Cook, stirring, until shrimp are just opaque but still moist in center; cut to test (3 to 4 minutes).
2. To serve, spoon rice onto a platter or 4 dinner plates; spoon shrimp and pan juices over rice. Sprinkle with parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
