Spiced Boiled Shrimp

  Mixed pickling spices 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Good Strong)

Bring all to a boil, rinse shrimp and pour into the boiling water.
Let boil 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from fire; allow to cool about 10 minutes longer.
Drain and shell, remove black vein, chill shrimp until ready to serve.
