Cottage Shrimp Toss
|Boston lettuce/Bibb lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen shrimp in shell||14 Ounce, cooked, peeled, and cleaned (2 Packages, 7 Ounce Each)|
|Creamy cottage cheese||12 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Chopped dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coarsely Chopped)|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
In bowl sprinkle lettuce with salt and pepper; toss with oil and vinegar.
Reserve a few whole shrimp; coarsely chop remaining shrimp.
Toss chopped shrimp and remaining ingredients with lettuce.
Garnish with whole shrimp.
