Cottage Shrimp Toss

Ingredients
  Boston lettuce/Bibb lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen shrimp in shell 14 Ounce, cooked, peeled, and cleaned (2 Packages, 7 Ounce Each)
  Creamy cottage cheese 12 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Chopped dill pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coarsely Chopped)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In bowl sprinkle lettuce with salt and pepper; toss with oil and vinegar.
Reserve a few whole shrimp; coarsely chop remaining shrimp.
Toss chopped shrimp and remaining ingredients with lettuce.
Garnish with whole shrimp.
