Stir Fried Shrimp With Green Onions
|Large raw shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and deveined (About 25 To 30 Per Pound)|
|Rice wine/Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onion with tops||4 , thinly sliced|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
In a small bowl, mix shrimp, wine, and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
Add shrimp mixture and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn bright pink 2 to 3 minutes.
Add onions and continue to cook, stirring, until shrimp are just opaque in center; cut to test about 2 more minutes.
Offer soy sauce to add to taste, if desired.
