Stir Fried Shrimp With Green Onions

Ingredients
  Large raw shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined (About 25 To 30 Per Pound)
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion with tops 4 , thinly sliced
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, mix shrimp, wine, and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
Add shrimp mixture and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn bright pink 2 to 3 minutes.
Add onions and continue to cook, stirring, until shrimp are just opaque in center; cut to test about 2 more minutes.
Offer soy sauce to add to taste, if desired.
