Skewered Shrimp And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Shelled shrimp 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Mushroom caps 16 Large
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Place shrimp and mushrooms in a plastic bag; set in shallow pan.
For marinade combine olive oil, cooking oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, cayenne, and dash pepper; pour over shrimp and mushrooms.
Close bag.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours; turn occasionally.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Thread shrimp on 4 skewers; thread mushrooms on 2 skewers.
Place on rack of unheated broiler pan.
Broil 5 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes or till shrimp is done, turning once.
Baste occasionally with marinade during broiling and before serving.
