Quick Shrimp In Beer

Ingredients
  Shrimp 3 Pound, unpeeled
  Beer 2 Cup (32 tbs) (To Cover)
Directions

Place shrimp in pan.
Cover with beer.
Bring to boil.
Cook 5 minutes.
Turn off and let shrimp stay in beer 5 more minutes.
Serve warm.
Each guest should peel his own.
Dip in Cucumber Sauce or melted butter with lemon or eat plain
