|Fine bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||3 Pound|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine garlic, butter, salt, tarragon, marjoram, and Tabasco; cream until well blended.
Add bread crumbs and sherry.
In a 2-quart buttered baking dish, place alternate layers of shrimp and bread crumb mixture, sprinkling chopped parsley over each layer.
Bake in a 400° oven for 20 to 15 minutes.
