Shrimp Etouffee

Ingredients
  Shelled shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Sliced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Dash
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
In 2-quart casserole, cook flour in butter at HIGH for 4 1/2 minutes or till golden brown, stirring 6 times.
Stir in onion, and garlic; cook at HIGH for 2 minutes or till tender.
Add water, parsley, salt, pepper, pepper sauce, and shrimp.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 8 to 9 minutes or till shrimp is tender, stirring 3 times.
