Quick Shrimp Sticks

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 4
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Ginger piece 1 Small
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut each bread slice into 4 strips.
Combine shrimp, onion and ginger in blender to chop.
In medium-size bowl mix shrimp with seasonings; add egg whites and beat until stiff.
Spread on bread strips; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
