Sherried Shrimp

Ingredients
  Canned medium shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, deveined and minced (1 Can)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , minced
  Melted butter 2 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Croutons/Waffles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), hot
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan mix all ingredients except sherry and croutons.
Simmer 5 minutes and add sherry.
