|Canned medium shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, deveined and minced (1 Can)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , minced|
|Melted butter||2 Teaspoon|
|Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Croutons/Waffles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), hot|
In a saucepan mix all ingredients except sherry and croutons.
Simmer 5 minutes and add sherry.
