Shrimp Stack Ups
|Canned shrimp||9 Ounce, drained and chopped (Two 4 1/2 Ounce Cans)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2|
|Chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped sweet pickle||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream style cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread slice||6 , toasted and quartered|
|Cream-style cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Chop hard-cooked eggs, reserving one of the egg yolks, Cover and chill the reserved yolk.
In a small bowl combine the chopped shrimp, chopped eggs, celery, sweet pickle, and green onion
In a bowl stir together the yogurt, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and pepper..
Add to shrimp mixture.
Mix lightly and chill the mixture.
