Ingredients
  Canned shrimp 9 Ounce, drained and chopped (Two 4 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped sweet pickle 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato slices 12
  Bread slice 6 , toasted and quartered
  Hard-cooked eggs 2
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Rinse shrimp.
Chop hard-cooked eggs, reserving one of the egg yolks, Cover and chill the reserved yolk.
In a small bowl combine the chopped shrimp, chopped eggs, celery, sweet pickle, and green onion
In a bowl stir together the yogurt, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and pepper..
Add to shrimp mixture.
Mix lightly and chill the mixture.
