|Shrimp||80 Medium, boiled and deveined|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Serrano peppers||4 Large, chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
On a large piece of aluminum foil, place 10 shrimp, several slices of onion, 1/2 teaspoon chopped serrano peppers, cilantro, a squeeze of lemon and lime and a teaspoon of butter.
Fold foil into a sealed packet.
Make 8 foil packets of shrimp and place on barbecue grill until heated thoroughly.
