Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

|Shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, shelled, deveined and minced|
|Sake||1 Teaspoon (Japanese Wine)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Mix shrimp, egg white, ginger, Sake, cornstarch, and salt, blending well.
Fill each mushroom cap with shrimp mixture.
Put mushrooms, stuffing side up, on rack over water in pan; bring water to a boil.
Cover pan and steam mushrooms 10 minutes.
