Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled, deveined and minced
  Egg white 1
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sake 1 Teaspoon (Japanese Wine)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mushroom caps 12
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix shrimp, egg white, ginger, Sake, cornstarch, and salt, blending well.
Fill each mushroom cap with shrimp mixture.
Put mushrooms, stuffing side up, on rack over water in pan; bring water to a boil.
Cover pan and steam mushrooms 10 minutes.
