Shrimp In A Blanket
|Jumbo shrimp||6 , half-cooked, shelled and deveined|
|Bacon slices||2 , cut in thirds|
|Chili sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Wrap bacon strips around each shrimp and secure with toothpick; dip in chili sauce seasoned with Tabasco sauce and mono-sodium glutamate.
Broil, turning bacon until crisp and lightly browned.
